SXUK Revaluation Procedure: St. Xavier’s University Kolkata Odd semester UG / PG candidates who are failed in November / December examination can apply for the Review / Retotal / Recheck / Revaluation process. 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th Semester Review notice will be released by the University on the official website www.sxuk.edu.in. SXUK Review Procedure
UG, PG students of 1st, 3rd, 5th, 7th, 9th semester who are failed or not satisfied with their performance can apply for the review process. Re total notice will be notified by the university online and in the notice board. The review application form will be issued by the University. Semester Result printout and Hall ticket must be submitted when getting review application form. The applicant can fill the revaluation application form and must submit to the COE. Applicant must pay the revaluation fee. Review results will be published soon after the review process is over.

Review Application Form
Review is allowed for both regular and arrear papers. The Review Application form can be obtained from the COE office of the University. Print out of the candidates semester result and original hall ticket must be required to be submitted for verification while coming to get the review application form. Revaluation Application must be filled correctly after reading the instructions given in the application form. Otherwise, it will be rejected by the COE office.
Review Fee
The Review Fee for one paper is Rs.300. Review fee must be paid at the prescribed bank by the University. Four Challan will be provided by the university to pay the review fees. First copy needed to given to the bank, second Challan must be kept by the student and remaining two need to be submitted to the COE office. It must be correctly filled and submitted to the COE office. After the payment is over, the university will start the Revaluation / Retotal / Review process.
Review Results
After the application form and fee payment is done, the process for Revaluation / Recheck / Review will be continued. The review result will be published on the website of the university. Candidate can view them by entering some details and login to the student portal. Student can take a print out of the review results and keep it safe for future use.

- Find UG / PG Revaluation notice in the page.

- Enter the CIN number.
- Enter the Password.
- Hit the Login button.
- View the Review notice.
- Get the Review application form from COE office.
- Submit the form and pay the Fees.
- Keep the second Challan with you for future use.
